Clean Harbors is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their safety conscious team! The Customer Service Representative in this position will need to be passionate about giving superior customer service.

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
Receive 40-60 inbound calls from internal or external customers;
Provide nationwide support for our clients in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction;
Gather customer information, verify key aspects and then determine a timely resolution;
Drive to meet or exceed daily performance metrics related to key performance indicators;
Be personable and maintain upbeat, positive attitude while communicating with the customers.
This position offers an hourly rate, with potential for voluntary overtime up to 10 hours/week for qualifying agents during peak season
Training is held from 8:00am to 4:30pm and typically lasts 3 weeks, followed by 3 weeks of supported and supervised ‘nesting’ time to allow agents to settle into their role
Shifts run between 7:00am and 8:00pm, and candidates must be able to work an evening shift ending between 6:00pm and 8:00pm; permanent shifts will be assigned at the conclusion of the 3-week nesting period
High School Diploma required;
Previous call center experience a PLUS
Bilingual Spanish/English a PLUS
Customer service experience is a plus but not required;
Excited to learn this role and industry;
Strong computer skills;
Outgoing personality, willing to jump in;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Detail-oriented;
Salesforce experience is a plus but not required;
Ability to adapt and work in a team environment.
