* is a group of physicians, nurses, medical assistants, audiologists and support staff dedicated to providing high quality ENT services to patients in four communities.
Our Brockton, or Norwood office, and Medical Call Center is seeking a full-time experienced Call Center Agent.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
Full-time or part- time, Monday through Friday, with varying workload, flexibility a must.
Answering telephone calls in a busy call center, and screening, transferring and message taking.
Directs calls to nursing, billing or administrative staff as appropriate.
Registering patients, scheduling and rescheduling medical appointments
*Qualifications/Skills:*
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred minimum of one year in a medial office setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service oriented approach
Computer proficiency and strong attention to detail are essential
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
Highly energetic and a team player
