Hello! We have a downstairs apartment (minus a full kitchen, but does have a full-size fridge, microwave, and air fryer) for nightly rentals.
The house is a single-family home with a walk-out slider that leads into a great spot for you to rest for the night or stay for 5 nights MAX.
Outdoor area with furniture and swinging chair.
Private entrance with separate parking for guests.
Maximum of 2 occupants.
Full bathroom with standup shower as well as washer and dryer.
Located just 4 miles from Onset Beach this is a great alternative to renting out a hotel or having to deal with a broker or 2nd party.
You would be renting directly from us.
Some stairs go down the side of the house and around the back and are only accessible by walking as we do not have a wheelchair ramp.
There is no nightly minimum and you can expect a clean environment.
Smoking is permitted outside and small pets will be considered upon request.
All we ask is that please remain respectful to the noise level as we live upstairs and will do the same for you.
A large TV with ROKU and wifi is a courtesy.
Please give us at least 48 hours notice as to when you would like to come and we will give you all the details.
The home is located in East Wareham, MA, and close to Onset Beach, the Cape Cod Canal, Water Wizz, large cranberry bogs for walking, and 2 ponds that you can swim at.
CHECK IN IS AT 4PM AND CHECKOUT IS AT 1130AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING UNLESS
