THALITALEITE Curl Salon is looking for a Salon Manager responsible for our salon’s day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services, and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily salon operations.
• Suggest marketing strategies for the salon.
• Shop, update, and revise the list of product inventory.
• Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment.
• Apply hygiene practices across all stations.
• Ensure all salon treatments meet high-quality standards.
• Promote services, products, and discounts on social media.
• Receive payments from clients and track all transactions.
• Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.
g.
daily, monthly, and quarterly)
• Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers.
• Greet clients and upsell services.
• Making calls for feedback and follow-ups.
• Scheduling clients' appointments.
• Capture, direct, and make clients contents.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Salon Manager or similar role.
• Good knowledge of hair treatments and products.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle client's requests and complaints with grace.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Own a car.
• Able to work on-site from Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
