Sales Manager - $100k-$150k/year

We are seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive business revenue.
Currently, we have 4 salespeople - all have worked for our company for 2-9 years and have consistently hit their sales goals.
This is a "player/coach" position - you will manage our sales team and sell projects yourself.
*Your total compensation is based on:* * The success of the team you manage * Your success as a salesperson (in home sales not required, but very helpful) *Responsibilities:* *Sales Coach:* * Coach and ensure salespeople are reaching their goals * Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement * Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting * Receive a commission based on the profit your team sells.
*Sales:* * Sell painting to residential clients * Receive a commission based on the profit you sell individually.
* Receive a commission based on the profit of your team.
*Qualifications:* * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field * Experience as a supervisor or manager * Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel * Strong leadership qualities * Ability to build rapport with clients Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.
