Sales Associate

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor - Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and company policies - Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Knowledge of technology, electronics, wireless sales, or jewelry sales is a plus - Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor We offer competitive pay and provide training to help you succeed in your role as a Sales Associate.
