RP Marzilli has been installing and maintaining New England’s finest residential landscapes since 1985.
We are currently seeking landscape professionals who have a passion for managing the landscape maintenance within a portfolio of large, high end residential estates.
This position is based out of Plymouth, MA and supports our clients in the Cape and Islands area.
Responsibilities:
Ability to maintain strong relationships with highly satisfied clients to ensure longevity of client base
Generate ideas, estimate, propose and sell value added enhancement projects to better improve the function and aesthetics of your clients’ properties
Work closely with Operations to coordinate a diverse mix of maintenance and enhancement work within your portfolio
Procure materials and supplies for your crews and clients as necessary
Responsible for financial management of portfolio including timely and accurate billings and collections
Complete, process and approve paper work with high accuracy for crew time sheets, materials receipts, and subcontractor invoices
Quality control for all work in your assigned portfolio
Ensure smooth transition from construction to maintenance
General Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience with estate gardening and client interaction
Exceptional level of detail with a willingness to learn and blend with a division high on culture and team work
Customer service oriented and drive to maintain a portfolio of highly satisfied customers
Exceptionally high standard for safety
Strong written and oral communication
High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the RP Marzilli brand within the company and in the public eye
Computer proficient with experience in the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn and utilize other programs as necessary
Preferred degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Soil Science, Landscape Contracting, Landscape Architecture, Forestry, Turf, Biology, Plant Pathology, Plant Physiology or equivalent field experience
