Field Sales Representative

We are currently looking for _*Outside Sales Representatitives*_ to join our team.
This is an on the road opportunity held within our residential department.
Technical knowledge of home appliances are a _*PLUS\*\*\**_.
Salary of $50k with uncapped commission potential.
*Responsibilities:* *Strategic Sales Development:* * Devise and implement effective sales strategies to discover new business opportunities, targeting key decision-makers within identified leads.
*Customer Engagement:* * Provide customers with swift and accurate price quotes, showcasing the latest technologies tailored to meet their unique needs, with a focus on leading with financing options.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration:* * Collaborate seamlessly with various departments to ensure smooth transitions from sales to installation, contributing to an exceptional end-to-end customer journey.
*Team Collaboration:* * Engage with fellow Sales Reps to communicate sales targets, share best practices, and foster a collaborative work environment that drives success.
*Reporting and Analysis:* * Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for continuous improvement.
*Client Follow-Up:* * Conduct outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email.
*Personalized Solutions:* * Conduct all appointments in-home to provide personalized and tailored solutions.
*Proactive Prospecting:* * Proactively prospect to generate 10% of leads, showcasing your ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
*Qualifications* * Proven experience (1+ years) in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Prior experience in the home services industry is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
