We're a small local dealership of 40 years in Plymouth County, MA with an excellent reputation in our community.
We have a small but very experienced staff, high volume of customers, run on industry-best technology, and we are supported by award-winning 12-person service staff.

HOW? *As you assume the various responsibilities related to managing our customer auto buying experience, our business model gives YOU the opportunity to have multiple income streams from every deal! We pay: * Sales and F&I commissions * Warranty and aftersales commissions * Volume incentives * A generous commission matching program from one of our premier warranty providers * Last but not least, this position is a respectable base salary; unique in our industry and offered specifically to foster teamwork and focus attention on customer experience (vs.
commission achievement).
Our proven velocity model is focused on sourcing only the highest quality, late model inventory from around the country and bringing them to market quickly at price points that draws in traffic.
We have fundamentally changed the traditional dealership philosophy and are looking for another automotive professional to add to our winning team.
*ARE YOU READY TO WORK WITH THE BEST?* *Qualifications:* * At least 1 year of relevant automotive sales experience * Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills * Ability and interest to learn company procedures and routines * Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team * Ability to multi-task * Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, etc) * Professional appearance and strong work ethic * Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment * Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) *Benefits:* * BC/BS Health Insurance (50% Company Paid) * Retirement Plan w/ Employer Match * BC/BS 20/20 Vision Plan (50% Company Paid) * Paid Vacation & Personal Days * Great office environment * Highly experienced and competent management team *Sales Related Responsibilities:* * Understand inventory vehicles by studying their features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models * Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with customers; assisting with the valuation of trade-ins; responding to on-line and phone inquiries * Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
* Perform walk-around with customers and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles * Managing inventory additions within DMS * Maintain web site photos of inventory * Maintaining customer traffic log * Assisting service team during and post-sale to ensure best customer service *Financing Related:* * Build effective relationships with key personnel at lenders * Work with lenders to obtain financing approval and prepare documentation to facilitate financing * Offer, explain, and sell extended warranty options to customers * Ensure that all finance paperwork is fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines prior to submitting completed documentation to lenders for approval.
* Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $67,000.
00 - $200,000.
