POSITION SUMMARY: • The Account Executive reports to the Director of Sales, National Accounts.
• Located in Mansfield, MA • Full-Time • Hybrid The Account Executive is responsible for attracting new customer accounts and fostering relationships with existing accounts.
This position is also responsible for managing the entire sales process – from pitching to prospective customers, to closing the deal, and making sure each customer is happy with the final product.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Establish and maintain productive, long-term, and trustworthy relationships with current and potential customers.
• Meet with client to discuss their needs/requirements.
• Managing and executing the sales strategy within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement strategies to create new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
• Pursue new accounts which includes cold calling and lead generation (both in person and over the phone).
• Develop and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
COMPETENCIES: • Possess outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to multiple details and directives at a time.
• Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be motivated to attain maximum productivity in a positive working environment.
• Must be able to complete work with accuracy and efficiency.
• Result driven and strong negotiations skills.
• Ability to travel (constantly).
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent Military or practical experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location.
Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc.
Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
