Lead Generation Call Representative
Reports To
Call Center Manager
Job Purpose
Payroc is looking to fill four Inside Sales appointment setting positions with our growing team in Foxborough, MA.
This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full time with benefits.
You will receive hands-on training with an emphasis on strategic selling.
The working hours are approximately 9:00AM to 3PM Monday - Friday.
You will be paid an hourly salary along with a uncapped commissions and bonuses.
You can easily earn 40k a year and never work weekends or nights again.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct 150-200 cold calls/outbound calls
Partner with Account Executives to support, research, and help secure qualified candidates for sales pipeline
Hit monthly and quarterly quotas
Utilize strategic selling to attract potential candidates
Understand customer needs and requirements
Qualifications
H.
S.
diploma (or G.
E.
D) and at least 4 years in a customer/client facing role
Demonstrate time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Must live within a reasonable commute to our location in South Holland, IL
Additional preferred qualifications:
Inside sales experience
Experience in qualifying prospects
CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
Familiar with Google suite/maps
Experience with quotas and metrics in past positions
Motivation, drive, and self-starting attitude
Working Conditions
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
