Seeking a versatile, passionate Sales Representative interested in growing the distribution segment of an independent craft brewery with two successful taprooms.
Bad Martha Farmer’s Brewery opened its second location in East Falmouth in late summer 2019 and began canning and kegging operations at that location.
After a period of focus on taproom operations we are enthusiastically pursuing off-premise sales growth.
This role affords the opportunity for professional growth right alongside the brand.
The goal for our brand is to expand sales operations into its own department.
As the first employee in a sales role, you would be positioned to lead our efforts when successful.
We would love to further discuss our vision for the brand, impact, and how you can be a big part in it playing out.

*Job Responsibilities*:
* Represent Bad Martha's values and mission in the territory.
* Maintain and cultivate relationships in the territory – Distributors, key retail buyers, and other brand partners - including sales launch presentations, work with, events/samplings at key accounts.
* Actively call on accounts 2 days per week.
Minimum 14 hours in trade time (at accounts or events) per week.
* Execute visits at priority accounts list from manager.
* Log surveys for every visit.
* Schedule 2 Sampling events every 30 days.
* Recaps Visits weekly with action to be taken.
* Perform samplings, activations, and attend events.
* Drive sales volume and distribution in the territory by identifying new opportunities, active selling, and motivating distributor sales teams to prioritize the brand in their portfolio.
* Visit new and existing retail opportunities on a regular basis - both traditional and non-traditional for our innovative segment, on-and-off premise
* Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

*Skills & Experience:*
* Beverage/restaurant industry experience valued.
* Cicerone level one completion valued.
* Strong in market selling skills savvy valued.
* Clean driving record
*Job Details:*
* Location: Must be based out of South East Massachusetts.
* Part-time: 2 days/wk.
Pay: $20/hr, $160/day, $320/week.
Opportunities for performance bonuses.
* Mileage reimbursement @ .
655 cents per mile.
* Opportunity for additional hours within the company at other positions to equal full-time employment with the company.
