Campaign Manager

*Campaign Manager – Dylan Fernandes for State Senate* Dylan Fernandes is seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Manager to lead his campaign for State Senate in the Barnstable & Plymouth district.
As State Representative since 2017, he brings a strong legislative track record and a vision for a better Plymouth and Barnstable.
Responsibilities: * Organize candidate's schedule to maximize voter contact, fundraising, and community events.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive grassroots campaign strategy, including fundraising, canvassing, digital and traditional communications, phone banking, volunteer recruitment, district outreach, fundraising, and event coordination.
* Create and monitor progress toward campaign goals, including voter contact and fundraising targets.
* Oversee Field Director and grassroots program * Build relationships with local grassroots groups.
* Undertake any other campaign-related tasks that may come up.
Qualifications: * *Campaign Experience*: 1 or more cycles of campaign experience, with at least 1 cycle of campaign management experience preferable * *Field Operations*: Strong background in field management and volunteer coordination.
* *Interpersonal Skills*: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and time management abilities.
* *Vehicle: *Must have access to a vehicle.

A fourth generation Cape & Islands resident and the son of two small business owners, his great grandparents immigrated to the United States from the Azores before settling in Falmouth to work as strawberry farmers.
