Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant KSA Wellness Braintree MA Compensation $55 Hourly Employment Type Full-Time Why Work Here? “Career Opportunities & Quality of Life, Great People” Job Summary · We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician’s Assistant (PA) with valid DEA license to join our talented team and deliver exceptional patient care.
NP and PA’s will work under the supervision of the medical director.
Under general direction the NP and PA provides patient care; conducts physical exams; complete health history summary; documents patient’s’ progress and assists with patient care management.
· Obtains and reviews patient medical history information relevant to patient care.
· Conducts thorough physical examinations · Orders and reviews laboratory studies as well as diagnostic procedures.
· Assumes responsibility for prescribing FDAA approved appetite suppressants according to the state and federal government.
· Reviews patients progress and manages patient care accordingly.
· Maintains all required documentation for patient care and medication management.
· Conducts patient consultations and follow-up appointments.
· Provides training to clinical and non-clinical staff as needed.
· Documents patient progress notes in the patient chart and/or EMR · Conduct consultations with patients regarding the program.
· Preform other clinical duties as required.
· Conduct follow-up calls to patients to discuss progress and addressing any concerns.
Job Qualifications · Must have valid DEA and Medical License.
· Must ensure CAQH profile is current.
Credentialed provider preferred.
· Must be willing to work Saturdays and/or Sundays, hours 7am-1pm · Educations: Master’s Degree · Experience 2-4 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Must be a team player and enjoy changing lives.
Skills · Excellent verbal and written communication · Motivational counseling and advising skills · Must be able to multi-task, apply critical thinking and provide highest level of customer service at all levels of operation.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality · Interpersonal/human relation skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook · Complex problem solving · Prefer Management and Leadership Experience: Sales and Marketing Experience is a plus.
Competitive Salary Pays $55 an hour – Full-time Opportunities.
We are looking for two NP or PA to work approximately 30 hours a week to start.
Will also accept part-time weekend providers.
