Fit Factory is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and serve as a key member that guides and executes Marketing across multiple channels, specializing in Social Media, Event/Experiential Marketing, and Influencers & Ambassadors.
You will be responsible for helping curate the key campaign story lines, working with our agency partners to execute monthly social media campaigns, spearhead event marketing, and be the driving force behind launching our Ambassador program in a big way.
The ideal candidate excels at storytelling, has strong communications skills both internally with our cross-functional teams and externally to our members/prospects.
You have a passion for creative problem solving and you are eager to take on new and exciting challenges.
You have energy and drive and are ready to take on big projects from start to finish, but you also have passion to take existing projects and optimize them.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media
Create organic posts for Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business
Create graphics for offers, perks, education, and more to be used for Social channels, in-club TV signage, and flyers
Monthly briefing to our agency partner
Monthly management of content from our agency partner for paid ads
On-going point of contact for agency
Yearly photoshoot management
Monthly tracking, analysis and reporting to broader team
Event Marketing
Opportunity to think creatively and strategically adapting what we give and get for each event
Make strategic relationships and nurture those relationships
Pull together broader team (Corp and In Club) to staff, educate, train and motivate
Monthly tracking, analysis and reporting to the broader team
Ambassador Program
Monthly management of influencers, tracking, analysis, reporting to broader team/agency
Cross-functional and Agency collaboration to leverage ambassadors in a big way
Opportunity to make the program it's own 'business unit' driving awareness, leads and conversions
Taking program from soft launch status to big program launch
REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or Business
Effective communication skills both written and verbal for internal teams and external agencies, members and prospects
Creative mind with the ability to think analytically with fact-based decision making
Creative eye for assessing assets that bring our campaigns to life
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently to develop own tasks thinking through all angles, possible risks and questions.
Strong project management and organizing skills
Relationship building soft-skills that build trust with our agency partners as well as keep our teams on track.
Comfortable pushing the limits to test and learn
