Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with the firm's objectives and values Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key messages and ensure consistent communication across all channels Create and manage our internal editorial calendar encompassing both key communications to management, Partners, and staff and also communications within certain firm departments Develop and execute firmwide communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged Coordinate departmental communications to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall strategies Facilitate communications related the change management of certain initiatives to guide teams through their transitions Work with department leaders on communications strategies for their specific departments and assist with the development of their communication approaches Serve as a key liaison for executive leadership, ensuring their communication aligns with the firm's overall messaging and objectives Assist with writing communications from the C-level.
Assistance could take the form of drafting, editing, brainstorming, or synthesizing based on other materials Achieve a common voice for certain executive communications Implement communication initiatives that reach across all levels and departments within the firm Coordinate strategy bulletins to convey the firm's vision, goals, and key updates Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify and prioritize key audiences during communications campaigns Write internal communications including emails, blog posts, bulletins and newsletters, presentations, etc.
Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and voice Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field Proven experience in firm communications, public relations, change management, or a related field.
