Job Summary
Copeland Toyota is looking for a motivated and professional Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Brockton, MA.
The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for building relationships with potential business customers and coordinating sales efforts.
The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and customer service for the automotive industry, and be able to provide excellent customer service.
Compensation & Benefits
This full-time, hourly-paid position offers an hourly rate of $18-$20 per hour, paid weekly.
Additional benefits of this role include medical and vision insurance and paid vacation and sick time.
Responsibilities
• Develop new and build existing relationships with potential business customers
• Respond to email, online and phone inquiries
• Support sales staff in all activities such as appointment setting, demoing vehicles, and organizing test drives
• Enter data in the CRM system and follow up on pending sales leads
• Prepare documents as needed for billing, rental agreements, etc.
• Assist with merchandising efforts such as providing vehicle information and pricing to potential customers
• Support training efforts by maintaining records of classes and schedules
• Assist in coordinating the purchase process, facilitating trade-ins, and helping customers with financing
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• 2+ years of sales experience in an auto industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office
