What you will do:
As our Regional Sales Manager, you will drive OEM Control Panel solutions by working with OEM customers to identify potential opportunities for control solutions.
You will be responsible for assigned sales activities and meeting or exceeding set goals.
You will plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies and programs and assist in identifying new market and product opportunities.
This position works out of either our Ashland, OH OEC or Randolph, MA location.
The job:
Every day you will interact with OEM customers through in-person meetings, emails, or calls to establish and maintain relationships to meet or exceed stated sales goals.
You will collaborate with the Operations team to develop proposals to reach sales projections and work with the Marketing Department to develop/implement various marketing strategies.
You will work closely with the inside sales team to ensure quotes and estimates are provided accurately and timely to our OEM customers.
You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and identifying new product ideas.
The skills you need:
To thrive in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be very well organized, and have a natural drive to succeed.
You must also maintain a high level of technical control automation competence to support customer and staff needs.
Three to five years of relevant experience is preferred, with a 4-year degree in engineering or related field.
