General Description:
The Sr.
Client Executive is responsible for successfully conducting B2B/B2G sales as well as establishing new channel partner resellers for Upnine.
This is a hunter’s role focused entirely on new clients and new partner creation.
For B2B, the Sr.
Client Executive will identify, qualify, and close business opportunities within strategic verticals by selling Upnine’s managed service solutions to accounts through client engagement, consultations, and presentations.
Favorable industries include SLED, Commercial Real Estate, Critical Infrastructure, Healthcare, etc.
New channel partner resellers will be established by the Sr.
Client Executive by leveraging his/her existing relationships within the IT services industry (MSPs and similar companies) and security systems and technology integrators.
Must put relationship network to work daily to effectively create opportunities with companies and partners likely to purchase and/or resell Upnine’s managed services.
Generating new business through established leads, referrals and cold prospecting via outbound phone calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.
Full utilization of Upnine’s CRM and other prospecting systems
Striving to build unbreakable relationships with existing and new clients.
Meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of leading industry trends and technology initiatives within the IT and managed services sectors.
Submitting accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas.
Facilitating all communications, order processing, and reporting for all current and future accounts.
Proactively educating, advising, and introducing new Upnine offerings to help solve our client’s current and future business needs.
Attending company and vendor trainings, webinars, and tradeshows, as directed.
Work Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience selling IT infrastructure, managed services, or mission critical systems such as video surveillance, access control, etc.
At least 5 years’ experience in and knowledge of business verticals such as Healthcare, State and Local Government, Higher Education, K-12, Critical infrastructure, etc.
Skill Requirements:
Fully computer literate including MS Office, with solid technical aptitude/capabilities.
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
A successful track record of sales quota attainment.

Comments:
Must be able to travel regularly and frequently within the assigned sales region.
