Account Manager, Employee Benefits

*Position Summary*: Forsberg Insurance Planning is a family-owned Employee Benefits Agency.
We have been helping our clients manage their Employee Benefits and Retirement programs for over 35 years and we are looking for a motivated candidate to join our growing account management team! *Responsibilities:* * Manage client inquiries and work with insurance partners and internal teams to resolve client issues.
* Prepare rate renewals and exhibits, plan design alternatives, and renewal recommendations.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients * Establish effective carrier/vendor relationships to serve clients in benefits procurement and administration * Maintain an understanding of Health Insurance Programs, funding alternatives, networks, and benefit plan options * Manage general office administrative functions.
*Requirements:* * Strong attention to detail * Must be self-motivated and disciplined * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Strong computer skills *Experience:* * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and ability to learn any other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems * Experience with Human Resources and/or Employee Benefits is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $35.
