This key role is responsible for sales and administration support for our Independent Sales Team.

*Responsibilities:*
*Independent Sales Support & Administration*
* Support and collaborate with field sales team to maximize sales performance and customer engagement.
* Create accurate and timely materials for business reviews and customer updates.
* Collaborate with field sales team and vendor partners to progress and secure pricing and placement requests.
* Utilize our Business Intelligence (BI) to analyze and identify assortment gaps and distribution voids within categories, brands, and Items.
* Support quarterly programs by coordinating supplemental pricing requests and by identifying opportunities vs prior year, and variances with similar customers.
* Collate, compile and publish weekly newsflash to sales team.
* Coordinate monthly sales team meetings, including preparing presentations and reports for the meetings.
* Respond timely and with resolution to customer and vendor requests.
* Assist with analysis of pricing contracts and margin enhancement.
* Track and maintain status of new business leads.

* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, preparing reports and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Understand Chex products and services offered to effectively support the sales team and assist customers with their queries.
* Proficiency in using sales support software and MS Office.
Must be confident in preparing reports in Excel that require V-lookups, Filters, Pivot tables, and if/then commands.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced environment, collaborate with colleagues from different departments, and contribute to achieving team goals.
* Effective time management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maximizing productivity.
* Adaptability: Sales support roles may require adapting to changing priorities, new technologies, or evolving customer needs, so being adaptable and flexible is important.
