Central Buick GMC is looking for a Service BDC Customer Care Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating incoming service requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential service leads, booking appointments and acting as the first point of contact for our customers.

BDC Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities:
Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for service department appointments
Work closely with the BDC Manager to ensure service lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
Complete and document customer communications as assigned by the BDC Manager
Stay informed about product campaigns, recalls.
accessories, etc.

Attend or complete training as required by dealer or manufacturer
Attend service and sales meetings
BDC Customer Care Specialist Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to interpret and follow instructions shared in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Proficient computer skills
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
Must be enthusiastic with desire to succeed
