_(a vacation real estate management company working on a 40% room fee commission serving ONLY 02558) _is seeking a self motivated individual who is proficient in: google workspace Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, And Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Premier Utilizing the Tools above : Applicant will be responsible for developing a 16 month marketing calendar w/ a detailed ledger.
All sales for our vacation resorts and houses are online only, But constant update and audit of such is required on a daily basis Applicant will work out of our Onset beach office location at a dedicated desk with a provided PC desktop for video/photo editing, Nikon Camera kit, Go Pro Camera Kit, Mavrick Pro Drone Kit, 4K Gimbal Camera Kit, and access to our work shop for any R&D projects that require "arts & crafts" type of labor.
Applicant will drive attention and traffic to our marketing channels by creating Relevant content broadcasted on the above channels on a daily basis.
Applicant will have the opportunity to host events at our venues or partner venues, we are required to include all public events within 5 miles on a monthly calendar for guests of our resorts to enjoy.
