LCB Senior Living, LLC is a rapidly growing company seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist with an emphasis on digital marketing to join the corporate marketing team.

You are the type of person who is highly organized and enjoys doing something a little different each day, whether it’s creating content on the website, writing marketing emails, managing vendors, coordinating event details, or analyzing data for a report.
Responsible for supporting the corporate marketing team and community sales teams in a variety of ways, including: social media coordination, directly and through 3rd-party vendors (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Lemon8); website content management; driving positive Internet reviews and responding to reviews; basic public relations (press releases, article placement); corporate newsletter management; integrated marketing campaign coordination; basic event coordination, basic understanding of (or willingness to learn) HubSpot platform; maintaining marketing materials (some writing and editing); and others.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Requires excellent written and oral communications skills, basic knowledge, `or willingness to learn WordPress, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to take on any task.
Must be familiar with the basic Microsoft Office suite of applications and Hubspot, and be able to use mass email platforms (i.
e.
Constant Contact).
Strong analytic and data interpretation skills preferred, especially Google Analytics and interest in Google AdWords.
Photoshop, video editing and graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) skills a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
Experience: Requires at least two years of agency or in-house marketing experience.
Certificates/Licenses: Valid driver’s license in the state employed is required.

Maintain and grow industry and community media databases.
Be fluent in social media.
Exhibit the use of proper grammar and protocol, while reflecting the LCB brand in a professional and accurate manner in all communications.
Complies with all corporate directives positively and in a timely fashion.
Communicates effectively (both verbally and in writing) in English.
