We are currently seeking an experienced *Counter Sales Associate* to fill a full-time position at our Wareham, MA location.
*Responsibilities include:*
* Providing exceptional customer service that includes greeting customers, guiding them through the showroom, and demonstrating multiple product lines.
* Assist with inventory and stock maintenance.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both via telephone and in-person.
* Ensure that both homeowners and contractors obtain the correct materials.
* Work directly with both inside and outside sales teams and assist design staff.
* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and services.
*Qualifications:*
* Computer skills are required.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Bis Track is a plus.
* Ability to prioritize.
* Possess both time management and organizational skills.
* Building material sales and customer service experience.
* Desire to continually learn new products and services.
* Be a team player and effectively communicate with management and co-workers.
* Prior industry experience is a plus, but not required.
