Inside Sales Representative

*Inside Sales Representative* Our fast growing, family-owned hydraulic hammer business has an immediate opening for an experienced inside sales representative to help support our growing customer base.
Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience and is self-motivated, detail oriented, and customer focused.
Must be highly organized, able to follow instructions, and able to work with customers and vendors alike.
Experience with Quickbooks and Salesforce is a plus.
*Primary Responsibilities:* * Assist customers in a professional, courteous manner.
* Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
* Provide customer quotations and follow up on open quotes.
* Process and confirm new orders.
* Create purchase orders for outside purchased parts.
* Proactively review customer orders for any delivery delays.
* Contact vendors regarding the status of open purchase orders.
* Support existing sales staff as necessary.
*Qualifications:* * Previous sales experience is preferred.
* Effective time-management skills.
* Capable of monitoring long term orders and customer requests.
* Ability to follow up and update customers with status of orders.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office programs.
* Experience with Quickbooks and/or Salesforce is preferred.
*Education:* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
00 - $50,000.
