*Job Title*: Community Sales Manager
*Accountability:* Community Sales Director, Executive Director, SVP of Sales/Marketing
*Classification:* Exempt
*POSITION SUMMARY:*
Maintains and/or improves upon the occupancy level and revenue productions of the community by assisting the Community Sales Director with assigned tasks.
Develops and maintains relationships with prospects to help move them through the move in process.
Processes all move in paperwork as well as coordinating physical move in dates.
Able to give tours when the Community Sales Director is off or doing outreach.
Has a firm understanding of how Brookmeadow at Blue Hills can meet the prospects/family’s needs and assists in educating them about how services and programs can meet their needs.
With your Community Sales Director, plans, coordinates, and implements monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events as specified by the SVP Sales/Marketing.
Assist with post event follow up calls after an event.
Maintains working knowledge of the lead management system and uses system to maximize sales effectiveness.
Assisting with database management and updating mailing lists.
Assist with social media, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Maintains that all marketing collateral such as inserts and folders are in stock and orders as needed.
Orders any office supplies and manages the administrative duties of the sales office.
Other duties as assigned.

Subject to frequent interruption and multiple deadlines.

May work evening and/or weekend hours.
7.
Travels outside the facility as needed.
*PERSONNEL SPECIFICATIONS:*
• Prior Marketing and Sales experience and/or a demonstrated ability to listen carefully and gain an understanding of the needs and desires of prospective residents, family members and referral sources, and to respond with empathy, compassion, and clarity as to how your community can help meet those needs and achieve those desires.
• Vast knowledge of the community services and referral sources.
• Previous experience in working with an elderly population in the re-location process.
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
• Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities.
• Capacity for initiative and self-direction.
• Ability to be flexible and to respond to demands of multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to operate personal computers and software is required ie: Eldermark, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to access and understand customers’ expectations, needs and circumstances is essential.
• Ability to effectively listen and communicate verbally and in writing is required.
