*Position Summary: Sales Representative*
The basic function of this position is to enhance company value through unprecedented communication and analytical skills.
The primary objective: sell the company’s products and services to the end user.
*Duties And Responsibilities:*
* Cross-selling products and services to the existing customer base.
* Grow the company’s recurring monthly revenue by demonstrating a mastery of the company’s products and services to establish new clients.
* Site surveys to generate quotes for clients.
* Develop scope of work based on site survey.
* Sales presentations for clients.
* Communicate with the service team to deliver a seamless transition from sales to operations for the client.
* Must ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
* Must have a strong work ethic.
* Must be detail-oriented.
* Perform other duties, as assigned.
*Minimum Qualifications (Education, Skills & Experience):*
* High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Must demonstrate technical knowledge of the following systems: fire alarm, intrusion alarm, access control, video surveillance, low voltage systems, installation, testing, and inspection.
* Must be proficient using Microsoft Office.
* Strong negotiation skills
* Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
* Must have strong presentation skills.
* Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
*Work Environment:*
* The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
* Normal office/field environment.
* Construction sites, commercial and state buildings.
* Must be able to work extended hours to support business requirements.
*Physical Requirements:*
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
* Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
* Use vision abilities including: close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.
* Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, wires, ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc.
* Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 25 lbs.
* Must be able to work a full-time schedule with on-call availability; Must be able to travel on short notice.
* Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,568.
00 - $52,000.
