Customer Service Representative/Insurance -Personal & Commercial Lines

*DDM Insurance Solutions LLC DBA Center Insurance is an independent property and casualty agency located in North Easton, MA.
We have a second agency, JM Sullivan Insurance Agency located in Brockton, MA.
We are seeking a motivated CSR to join our growing business.
* As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing contact, sales and service to agency accounts.
Personal lines experience required, commercial Lines experience and Massachusetts Producer License are preferred.
You will be required to take inbound calls and answer inquiries.
We need you to be able to answer questions and give out information concerning our products and services.
You must be a good listener and able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Customer Service Representatives will be expected to process and deliver accurate information in a timely manner.
For this reason, we will prioritize those who are detail-oriented and excel at multitasking.
