English Language Classes Applicable * Free Parking and Free Meals During Shifts * $2,500 Refer a Friend Bonus Incentive *Responsibilities* * The Senior Advisor is responsible for all aspects of internal and external sales and marketing of our Memory Care Community.
* This position develops and executes a quarterly marketing overview, as well as a monthly marketing plan.
* The Senior Advisor (Director of Sales) evaluates and identifies occupancy strategies.
* This position develops relationships with families and client prospects within the community and referral sources.
* This position works on a team with another Sales Advisor in the department.
*Qualifications* * We require a minimum of 3 years of experience executing the sales and marketing process in Senior Living Sales.
* Must have a proven ability to close sales.
Must be a dynamic self-starter, organized and able to work as a team with internal departments.
* We require exceptional customer service skills.
* Qualified candidates must exhibit an up-beat, polished, professional and personable demeanor.
* Memory Care experience preferred.
