* Our representatives focus on increasing sales traffic of the dealership by receiving inbound sales calls and internet leads, and making outbound sales calls related to customer retention, internet leads, unsold showroom traffic, and follow up calls which produce appointments for the sales team.
You will act as the essential communication between the client and the dealership.
Candidates must be friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Mastering all training materials provided
* Following scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outbound calls
* Ensuring that all calls presented are answered promptly and professionally
* Must be able to work well under pressure
* Must possess strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to multitask
* Acquiring knowledge of product information related to vehicles sold at the dealership
* Proficiency with CRM software
* Ensuring accuracy of information entered into CRM
* Maintaining knowledge of inventory
* Maintaining knowledge of schedules of sales staff and management
* Consistently meeting guidelines set for daily, weekly, and monthly goals
* Maintaining strict confidentiality of all customers in compliance with Federal Trade Commission Safeguards Rule
*Education/Experience*
* High school diploma or GED
* Experience preferred but not required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Etc.
)
