The Dunkin’ Marketing team is looking for a Boston-based Project Manager Assistant passionate about problem-solving, coffee, and donuts.
This person will manage the development and implementation of multiple integrated marketing communication projects from start to finish across consumer touchpoints: out-of-store, in-app, and in-store; as well as supporting process behind the National launch of products.
Deep knowledge of all phases of the creative process, outstanding organizational skills, and effective communication skills are must-haves for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the entire creative project lifecycle from briefing to final delivery: planning, scope changes, creative development/versioning, approvals, material delivery/distribution, and postmortem/wrap
Daily partner management working with team members, key partners (internally and externally) to define project scope, including timeline, resources, project hours and any internal/external costs
Own, drive and facilitate creative project-related meetings (kick-offs, status, internal/business partner reviews, approvals etc.
), and communicate action/next steps, share recaps with team members accordingly from those meetings
Route creative for approval to appropriate stakeholders, keeping track of multiple, and sometimes conflicting, pieces of feedback.
Integrating this information seamlessly into the creative development and production workflow
Manage, organize, and distribute all project information and documentation, including creative briefs, strategy briefs, status reports, deliverables lists and post-project reports (if needed)
Build strong working relationships with business partners and serve as the liaison between internal and external partners, setting project expectations and consistently communication progress; able to identify issues early on and suggest workable solutions
Collaborate with creative team to ensure projects are scoped out and resourced accordingly to meet timelines for file delivery to business partners
Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines / guidelines and budgets
Build out and support the timelines behind the National launch of products
Maintain and track internal and Franchisee check in meetings
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4-Year Degree in Marketing, Communications or Similar
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
3+ years of creative/advertising marketing experience
Experience working in house or agency side, familiar with navigating through matrixed eco-systems dealing with multiple business partners and layered approvals
Organized, detailed-oriented, and skilled in time-management
Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with straightforward, candid, and thoughtful communication with different types of people
Effective problem-solving skills
Proactively looking to problem solve & improve processes
Exhibiting a calm, steady demeanor when handling change
Inquisitive and curious natured
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
