Sales Operations Associate

We are an importer of artisanal foods and products looking for a competent Sales Operations Associate.
You will be the one to coordinate processes to achieve the effective fulfillment of customer orders from our website and retail customers (gourmet food shops and hotels).
The ideal candidate will have good verbal and written communications abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer orders and inquiries, and promoting sales growth at retail customers.
*Responsibilities* * Fulfill orders received through Shopify and email to ensure they meet customer shipping timeline and requirements * Manage retail accounts and grow sales * Perform inventory management * Communicate efficiently with customers and suppliers * Plan and track the shipment of final products to ensure seamless fulfillment * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution * Track electronic logs and records of warehouse inventory, executed orders etc.
in Shopify *Skills* * Experience in logistics/shipping coordinator and customer service * Skilled in all account management functions * Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes * Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Shopify * Outstanding coordination, communication, and customer service abilities Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $25.
