* Hold independent licensure in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT).
* Thrive in an outpatient mental health care setting.
* Excel in working with diverse populations.
* Deliver evidence-based care in alignment with individualized client needs.
* Are enthusiastic about contributing to the ongoing development of a dynamic clinical group practice.
* Possess strong oral, written, and electronic communication skills.
* Actively engage in risk management discussions, clinical consultations, and supervision.
* Are comfortable providing care to 25 clients per week.
* Demonstrate organizational and time management skills for required documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries).
