SUMMARY
The Digital Services Coordinator assists in the publishing of content on digital platforms as well as the maintenance and quality assurance of those platforms and delivery systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the Project Manager (PM) for assorted digital efforts per the direction of the Digital Content Manager and the Content Operations Manager
Create project scopes, timelines, requirements, resources, and manage projects from beginning to end
Manage digital requests from various departments to the digital team or third parties as business dictates.
Digital requests include, but are not limited to, creating and updating website landing pages, app features, graphics creation, promotions, and push notifications.
Assist in the communication with various third-party vendors in relation to digital projects
Manage and/or participate in detailed quality assurance (QA) testing of all digital experiences (desktop, tablet, mobile, app)
Serve as point of contact for content changes to specific websites, such as the Gillettestadium.
com, Patriots Fan Club Registry and various Kraft Group websites
Assist Patriots-owned and -operated website writers with posting content, sourcing photos and/or creating graphics
Serve as back-up producer for Patriots radio shows and podcasts.
Duties include initiating the show online, ensuring that it is being recorded and encoded, on-air production (going to commercials; playing drops; answering listener phone calls and sending them to the Comrex Stac; closing the show; posting the finished, recorded file after performing a quality check)
Maintain encoders used for streaming services
Assist with answering user helpdesk questions and administrative tasks
Assist in posting Patriots roster transactions and press releases to Patriots.
com after hours as needed
Patriots gameday duties include creating photo galleries, posting team inactives, posting of select video content and assisting writers as needed with various elements of their articles such as graphics/photos, SEO-effective headlines, article links
Creating and posting a daily audio Patriots update for Alexa and Google Home devices
Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibility
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of professional experience manually coding HTML and CSS for effective Webpages and Emails
Proven ability to design, edit, and manipulate images and layered graphic files for creative design ()
2+ years of professional experience using Content Management Platforms and Marketing Platforms
Proven ability to edit and manipulate audio files (MP3, WAV, M4A)
Strong knowledge of servers and databases
Strong understanding of file management and organization
Strong knowledge of social media as it relates to driving traffic to websites and the differences between the various platforms
Must possess a working knowledge of SEO
Must be extremely detail-oriented
Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed
Strong time management and the ability to multi-task and delegate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must possess a self-motivated, positive, and collaborative attitude
