Job Description: Account Manager
Overview
As an Account Manager at our software company, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our clients.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing support, and ensuring that their needs are met.
This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, technical acumen, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with assigned accounts.
Understand clients' software needs and effectively communicate them to the internal teams.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the existing client base.
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
Work closely with the customer support team to address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Monitor account health, track key account metrics, and prepare regular reports on account status.
Creating and Maintaining key project documents, Master Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Project Statement of Works etc.
· Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional software products or services.
Relationship Management with processors, Acquirers, Issuers, 3rd Party Payment wallet providers, Payment Hardware Manufacturers
Requirements
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the software industry.
Solid understanding of software products and services, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
