Customer Service Manager

We are a local insurance office representing a national company.
We are looking for an individual to grow with our office.
Salary commiserate with experience.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Full training and guidance with our management staff.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage our growing customer base with excellence and dedication to resolving issues - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company standards - Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with other licensed sales force to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or retail environment - Strong self management skills - Work with our Insurance carrier partners to resolve issues and complete customers policies - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently or with a team - Ability to strive and achieve office sales targets - Multilingual skills are a plus - Proficiency in math for handling financial transactions accurately Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
