SCHEDULE
Great Hours! Hours will be weekdays from 8:30am-5pm and every other Saturday from 8am-noon.
This is a Full-Time Position
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries.
Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications.
Input information into internal proprietary move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves.
Calmly handle customer concerns always displaying professionalism.
Prepare move-related documents as necessary.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred!
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
Effective listening and communication skills.
Must be motivated by exceeding goals.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
Accurate; consistent attention to detail.
Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale.
Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities.
Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
