*EXPECTATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS*
* Attain sales targets for new activations, upgrades and accessories for the store on a monthly basis.
* Develop and train sales team.
Provide coaching through monthly performance reviews, mid-month performance reviews, weekly sales observations, annual performance reviews and role playing.
* Oversee inventory management controls.
Complete monthly inventory counts, weekly cycle counts, and audit compliance standards.
* Sales generation through non-traditional retail prospecting methods.
* Recruiting/Staffing/Scheduling of sales team.
Maintain viable “backup list" for sales openings.
* Provide a best in class customer shopping experience.
*Grow the customer base and retain existing customers.
*
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of wireless promotions, products and service.
* Maintain an awareness of competitor products and services.
Evaluate/recommend solutions to our customers.

* 2-4 years of Cellular/Sales Management Experience is preferred.
* Strong oral and written communication skills are required
* Enjoy the variety of working various shifts, holidays and weekends are required
* Regularly work an energetic 40 hour work week
* Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks
* Be an example while working alongside team members in their work stations

* Demonstrate Wireless Marketing Skills to grow your daily sales volume
* High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
