Stocking Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Stocking Associate to join our team.
As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory control and ensuring that our retail store is well-stocked and organized.
This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties: - Receive and unpack merchandise shipments - Stock shelves and display areas with products - Package and label merchandise for sale - Load and unload delivery trucks - Use RF scanner to track inventory levels and update stock records - Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy - Assist customers with locating products in the store - Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and sales floor - Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales or stocking preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory control - Attention to detail to ensure accurate stocking and labeling of merchandise We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our company.
