To provide support to the Retail Network Strategy and Analytics team.
Responsible for assisting the business unit in the identification and deployment of solutions to the network staffing concerns as well as implementation of process improvements.
Responsibilities include:
Provide support for the bank’s staffing model.
Assist with testing and implementation of system releases.
Develop, manage and support branch staffing by monitoring and analyzing performance.
Analyze staffing and forecasting work demands for branch and contact center channels.
Participate in staffing reviews
Develop, manage and support the digital channels by monitoring and analyzing performance
Provide strategies for improving productivity on an ongoing basis.
Create custom reports to help with tracking, staffing, optimizing, projections etc, as requested by senior management
Generate insight on the YourBanker application to BM/DM/MM/and senior management as instructed.
Work closely with the Retail Staffing and Strategy Manager on projects provided by senior leadership.
Required Skills:
College degree or equivalent business experience
Self-starter with understanding of analytics and data manipulations using large data sets, including date extraction capabilities for use in report software and spreadsheets.
Knowledge of Banking operations and retail delivery
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to multi-task and use independent judgment to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Knowledge of Microsoft Product Suite, Tableau, Information Technology and Data Analytics (SAS, SQL, etc)
Strong time management and project management skills
