We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic *Team Leader* to guide our store team, ensure excellent customer service, and meet sales quotas.
Candidates with a background in retail management and/or the beverage industry will receive preference.
A responsible, positive, self-starting and dedicated attitude is crucial in this position.
This role has proven to be a great learning opportunity within the wine industry providing a path to grow in an expanding organization.

*Responsibilities*
* Provide leadership for the store staff
* Maintain operational standards and shop presentation
* Execute marketing and outreach campaigns
* Contribute to wine, beer, and spirits buying
* Manage inventory procedures
* Greet, direct, and assist customers
* Conduct daily tastings

* Experience as a retail manager or similar leadership role
* Experience in the wine industry, retail shop, or restaurant setting
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
* Basic knowledge of common IT platforms (Google Suite, MS Office)
* Ability to carry wine cases (40 pounds) safely up stairs
* Ability to perform in a multi-faceted environment
