To be transparent I am not a huge fan of Slash, so this was not why I bought this guitar.
I bought it because it was the best playing, Best Feeling, and Best looking Standard I have ever seen.
You will note that I have installed the pickguard.
I did this because I think Les Pauls look better with them.
