Adult Clinician
Riverside is seeking a passionate Adult Clinician to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team!
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals!
In this vital role, the Adult Clinician will:
Provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for consumers of the program
Facilitate an integrated team approach in the consumer’s care plan with inclusion of CBHC services provided by Peer Specialist, Care Coordinator, nursing, and psychiatry
Will develop individual treatment plan for psychotherapy needs as well as a service plan which coordinates and integrates all of the components of the CBHC team members in collaboration with the consumer
Schedule: Full Time; Tuesday- Saturday with potential for hybrid work/ 4 day work weeks including one weeknight availability until 8pm.
Pay: $66,950 - $72,100/annual salary for unlicensed/initial licensed clinicians depending on productivity OR $70,040 - $75,190/annual salary for independently licensed clinicians depending on productivity.

Required Skills

Required Experience
Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling; PH.
D.
; Ed.
D.
or PsyD preferred.
Three years of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise required.
Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
