Northeast Family Services of Massachusetts is seeking a School Based Outpatient Therapist to join our growing team in Norfolk MA!
The School Based and Outpatient Therapist will assess needs and strengths, develop treatment plans and provide crisis intervention, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment services utilizing a variety of treatment styles such as individual, couple, family and group psychotherapy.
Candidate must be able to work in-person.
This is an on-site, Fee for Service (FFS) position.
This position requires a strong commitment to serving children and adolescents.
Regular interaction with the systems that support schools, including families, schools, and behavioral health supports are included in the course of treatment.
Play Therapy or Expressive Arts training are strongly preferred.
Substance Use and Co-occurring experience with adolescents is also preferred.

Qualifications:
Independent Clinical Licensure, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist, in the state of Massachusetts (Preferred)
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field (Required)
Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Previous outpatient experience
Ability to work in-person, on-site
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
