The Charles River Center provides innovative opportunities, services, and supports for over 950 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and mental health challenges, in the Metrowest and Southeast regions of Massachusetts.
Charles River Center is looking for a Program Director at a group home in Sharon, MA.
Program Directors are responsible for the overall functioning of individual CRC homes, training, supervision and scheduling of support staff, development and implementation of the individuals’ ISPs and programs, provision of direct-care and supervision to individuals, coordination of medical services and follow-up, and rotational on-call duties.
Experience working with adults on the Autism Spectrum required.
Training in Safety Care and / or Daily Life Therapy is preferred.

*Qualifications:* * Undergraduate or higher degree in human services and two years experience with developmentally disabled individuals.
* 2 years of prior human services managerial experience preferred * Valid driver’s license required * Successful completion of all state and agency mandated trainings.
* Working knowledge of the use of behavior modification techniques.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and other agencies.
* Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
