Our programs will be on site in Weymouth, MA.
Projected program openings in August 2023 with Site Directors training and onboarding starting immediately.

*When you join our team as a Site Director: *
* Lead, Supervise, and Inspire teachers to build unique and engaging classroom experiences
* Plan daily program schedule and activities based on the curriculum provided
* Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our camps by hosting hiring and enrollment events
* Maintain high level of health and safety for all staff and families
* Build positive relationships with families, teachers, school community partners
*Qualifications: *
* Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
* A love for children and a strong desire to create engaging and fun environments
* Meet state specific requirements
* Previous experience as a Site Director, Group Lead, Site Supervisor, and Site Leader, Youth Leader, Camp Counselor, After School Teacher, Extended Day Counselor, or similar highly preferred
