Location: Weymouth, MA – Inpatient Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) Program
Pay rate: $20.
50/hour
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 7:00am-3:00pm
The Lead Recovery Specialist is responsible for:
• Maintaining the safety and security of clients and staff on assigned shift.
• Responding promptly and professionally to emergencies.
• Monitoring client activity and program schedules.
• Ensuring shift log entries and shift reports are up to date and complete.
• Ensuring shift activities are maintained and expedited in a timely manner.
• Maintaining weekly outside meeting calendar and coordinating transports efficiently.
• Ensuring the program medication cart is maintained, including standard medications are in stock and the med cart is kept organized.
Qualifications:
• One to three years, or equivalent experience, in a direct care facility working with youth preferred.
• The ability to model appropriate interactions for clients and ability to communicate effectively with clients to ensure that procedures are followed, and order maintained is required.
• Applicant must be 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
