Training new crew members and understanding of torque and pressures required to meet specifications.
B.
Proper PPE and Safety Knowledge and ability to enforce as needed to team.
C.
Accountability for assuring proper use of equipment and tools.
D.
Overall project supervision, including customer satisfaction, job site controls, and arrange/deliver/communicate necessary change orders to office/AR staff.
E.
Responsible for coordination of crews, equipment, and materials needed for each job.
F.
Training and understanding of torque and pressures required to meet specifications.
G.
Responsible for reviewing/completing installation documentation records according to engineered design and/or company standards H.
Ensure installation by Engineering design; Communicate with Engineer as necessary for obstructions/Variations.
I.
Set up final permit sign off; review site with building department for permit sign off.
J.
Ability to demonstrate team concept and leadership skills.
K.
Ability to delegate to subordinate staff.
L.
Ability to de-escalate/discipline when subordinate staff are disrupting the progress of installation or not performing assigned tasks.
M.
Independent operation of all equipment and proper licensing needed for operating equipment.
N.
Responsible for cleanliness and stocking of all equipment and supplies in each trailer and truck.
O.
Responsible for securing all company vehicles and equipment daily prior to leaving.
P.
Responsible for reporting all equipment/tool/vehicle concerns needed or replacing.
Q.
Valid driver’s license.
R.
OSHA 10 S.
DOT Certification Abilities: A.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours a day.
B.
Ability to adjust to seasonal temperatures.
C.
Ability to work in confined spaces.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs +.
The Production Field Supervisor main functions are to perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining the highest level of safety during performance of tasks assigned.
