Our Client a well established HVAC company is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Design Professional to lead their internal fire protection design team and contribute to the expansion of their fire protection capabilities.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of design experience, demonstrating proficiency in NFPA requirements and various fire protection design approaches.

*Essential Qualifications*
* Knowledge of NFPA and IBC codes
* Experienced and proficient with SprinkCAD software
* Ability to identify commodity, construction, and hazard types and classifications relative to sprinkler design
* Ability to travel up to 100 miles from our Taunton office
* Proficient knowledge of fire protection materials, equipment, and fire protection submittal process
* Minimum 5 years of Fire Protection design experience
* Design/Build Fire protection experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Positive mindset and attitude
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Competitive spirit
*Preferred Certifications, Licensing, and Experience*
* Sprinkler Journeyman/Contactor licensing and/or field experience
* Fire protection engineering degree
* Fire protection sales or project management experience
* Honorably discharged US Veterans
* NICET certifications
* NFPA certifications
* Proficiency in Revit
